September marks our Global Annual USAP Anniversary month. This year friends, USAP Alumni and family gathered in various geographic locations concurrently with the goal to support the USAP Community School through the USAP Run/Walk/Cycle/Hike Campaign.
On Saturday, 21 September 2024, communities across the globe came together for the USAP Run/Walk/Cycle/Hike, a heart-warming event aimed at supporting the USAP Community School in Marondera, Zimbabwe. Participants gathered in vibrant cities like Toronto, Marondera, Seattle, Storrs, New York, and Washington D.C, uniting in a shared mission to promote SDG 4, quality education.
We want to extend our deepest gratitude to all who responded to our call for in-kind donations and those who contributed through our fundraising site. To all participants, your unwavering support and enthusiasm were truly inspiring. Your generosity plays a vital role in making a difference in the lives of many students. The funds raised will undoubtedly make a meaningful difference in supporting the USAP Community School’s mission of educating high-achieving, low-income Zimbabwean and refugee students to excel at the world’s top universities and return home in Zimbabwe and on the African continent to build society.
